Software Refund Policy

If you’re dissatisfied with any Tokyo Dawn Records (TDL) software product you purchased from or any of its subdomains, you may contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a refund.

To request a refund, use the information provided in the confirmation email you received after you made your purchase.

We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Refund rules:

  1. Only software purchased from or any of its subdomains is eligible for a refund, and only if you contact us within 14 days of your purchase. If you bought it elsewhere, your software is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
  2. If we issue a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days. Upon receipt, you must deinstall any software for which you no longer posses a valid license.
  3. We reserve the right to disable any product keys issued to you for the refunded products.
